The land includes two existing ruins suitable for rehabilitation or reconstruction. Pursuant to the Silves Municipal Master Plan (PDM), the following construction possibilities exist, subject to prior municipal approval and compliance with environmental and planning requirements:

Rehabilitation or reconstruction for residential use ( country house): maximum gross construction area of 300 m²;
Development for tourism purposes (e.g., hotel unit, lodging establishment or similar): maximum gross construction area of 2,000 m², which may allow for a unit with 20 or more rooms depending on the approved layout and programme.

The site is accessible via an established dirt track and is located approximately 750 metres from the IC1 highway.
